Haven't eaten here in a few years so it was nice to be back. The place hasn't changed much and the food is still good and fresh. We had biscuits and sausage gravy, eggs and bacon. The coffee is hot and fresh so all in all still a good place for a hot breakfast. Nothing gourmet about this country restaurant, just good food and friendly folks.

I live fairly close. Grew up 3 miles away. As a child, my grandparents would take the family here often. The food was delicious and service excellent in 1978. Since then, the restaurant has changed hands SEVERAL times. Each time, the food and service has declined. I stopped going for many years. I decided to try it again 5 years ago for Monday dinner. The buffet looked unappetizing, so I ordered off the menu. I waited 20 minutes for my food, and it was cold. Heard it had changed hands again, so I went back last weekend. Again, the food on the buffet looked like it had sat there for hours, so I ordered country fried steak from the menu. Again, the food was cold. The gravy had the consistency of congealed, rendered fat. The waitress was obnoxious and rude. Seriously, the place should be bulldozed so the land can be recovered for farming.

Just good food. Fried chicken was excellent. Yams were yummy. Greens needed a little salt but otherwise good. Very nice meal.

The price of a T-Bone was a little pricey especially since they gave me raw meat. I ask for medium rare and I got fully raw on the inside. My baked potato didn't come with anything and my salad was sloppy. Do better. I'm from Montgomery and they know exactly how the steak I asked for should be cooked. I feel as if it was a rushed job. That's why it's getting only 3 stars.😒😒😒

Quality of food has gone down a lot, used to be really good. Fish was room temperature and potatoes were cold. Greens had no flavor and corn bread wasn't very good either, don't plan on returning.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Barely had any food at 1pm on Thursday. Chicken was over fried. No food choices. Out of deserts. NASTY FOOD. No refills offered. Overpriced. Won't come back.

Great place to go for a midday meal when you want down home cooking. I go here when I'm hunting in perry county, its buffet style so your in and out and back to the woods in a short time.

When you see over the Road and local truckers in a place you know its a good place to eat. Seldom do you go, that there are not several trucks there. Food was great, prices reasonable, folks were friendly and fast! Will visit again. They had my favorite vegetable, Banana Pudding!

Stopped in for late lunch while traveling and were pleasantly surprised. The buffet was filled with delicious home-cooked options: soups, salads, chicken, ribs, fish, chicken and dumplings, lots of vegetable choices, and an array of desserts. We enjoyed it all.

Eat here often for lunch. Always pleased. Food is hot and ready when I arrive. Prices are reasonable and staff is very polite and helpful!

Great local place to eat. You can order from the menu or eat from the buffet. The locals love this place so expect it to be busy after church on Sunday and other peak times. Service is good and the food is too. If you are in the area and hungry, stop by and grab a bite to eat.

Great small town restaurant! My parents had told me about this restaurant over the years. Finally was able to try the out when I brought my parents back to the town for a family members funeral. Very friendly staff.

Great place to get a gyro! Owner is friendly and the food tastes very fresh. It is worth the drive north from town.

Food was great but not a big selection as I seen on review that I based my visit on. Very nice people that work there but like I said the selection wasn't there and they didn't have spoons to eat the chili with, also no rice, I eat my chili over rice it's probably a Louisiana thing I guess. The food was very good though other than my choice of eating with a spoon and rice.

We come a couple of times a year here. I used to live in Brent and came more often. Their Sunday buffet is really good. They always have fried chicken teriyaki, which is my favorite thing there and as good as you'll get anywhere. But the beef stew and dressing is great too. Just can't get past my chicken! Their mac and cheese is good, along with the gravy and mashed potatoes. Also have a real good salad bar, sweet tea and banana pudding too. The staff is always nice and the place is old, but that's part of what I like about it. There's not a lot of selection in Brent, but this place is worth the drive. The breakfast bar is good too. Favorite place in Bibb to eat.

Food was good...but waited for a long time to eat cause I wanted what they had to refill on the buffet...Salisbury steak...we had to leave soon so I got something else.... But wasn't as happy.

Have eaten there several times. Buffet is great. Service is great. I do recommend.

The seafood buffet is delicious and the people work there are very kind. One of the waitresses Debra she kept me company and I really enjoyed myself and I'll be coming back.

Yeah, well... They tried. Offerings on buffet were not really worth the price. We were from out of town and visiting with family which made it much more enjoyable than it would have been otherwise.
